Riven nerfs

Hey so since riven is very weak right now and she cant get pentas in 0.003 seconds anymore maybe you could buff her like this:

Passive: For every champion that she kills, riven gets a ticket valid for a free penta

Q: Consumes all penta tickets and gives her 5 times as much kills as tickets she had

W: when she presses it everybody in the map gets stunned and if she has 10 penta tickets chuck norris comes and kills all stunned enemies

E: for every penta ticket she gets 250 dashes that she can use with this ability

R: turns her sword into Master Yi and if she gets 5000 units close to someone they exlplode, also she gains access to an ability that fires 3 nuclear bombs that go into the nexus and win the game.

Or you could nerf her.
