[Suggestion] Shield Quantity Indicator

Shields are a very crucial part of the game as there are champions abilities and items that can give shields.

But different from the heals, HP regen, life steal and so on..., there is no indicator for how much shield a champion has nor a way to see it, not for other champions and not even for yourself. You have an bar indicator that show color of the shield but ** not **the number/quantity.

**I suggest that shields will be shown on the HP bar (such as Kled dual bar) or above it (a mini grey health bar). **

This way everyone could see and follow how much shield they have or any other champion.
