T4 Runes and T5 Runes
This is an idea to create a more structured game play and higher encouragement for competitive playing. also creating a way for more IP spending to prevent owning every champ with nothing else to spend to early.
A Tier 4 Runes is the idea of becoming available after the player reaches level 30 and have purchased 3 additional rune pages. we shall call them "Master" Runes
A Tier 5 Runes is the idea of becoming available if the player owns at least 5+ rune pages and have successfully reached Gold. They will be available to use if the player is above gold ranked, if the player is silver or below the effects of the runes will be invalid.
My belief is that this will encourage more competitive playing and a more better understanding on viewpoints of where a player stands, this also encourages more availability options for IP purchases instead of owning every champ there is to own.
Minion Change ups I would also like to add the availability to purchase Minion Skins as well. Having the idea from Black Market Brawlers and many minions skins we have seen in the past, This is an optional value point where in each lane we have the usual 3 brawlers, 3 casters, 1 siege, and 1 Mega. The idea of this is that each player can purchase specific skins for the minions of their choice that can usually go for 1/1 brawler and caster allowing 3 players to pick skins for them. 1 Siege, and 1 Mega skin.
But which one goes where??? To answer this, it depends on choosing screen line ups. as used for voting of banned champs the first always picks. this mean the game system is able to pick up on who's the first in line. In this case the line up will effect on what skins being used on what 1st summoner: Mega Minion 2nd summoner: Siege Minion 3rd-5th summoner: 1/1 caster and brawlers
I would also like to add on runes and mastery that effect ally minions In terms "All Army" runes will also add a better standpoint for supports or players who like higher risks in putting all faith to minions. that's pretty much what Black Market created in thought process to some players. But to keep it fair the lineup will also effect which minion gets the boost, not just a single lane focus.
