There really needs to be a change in what is considered unanimous in surrender.

Too many times has there just been one douche in game constantly pressing no in early surrender just to drag the game even though all 4 other players want to end or some bot lane duo pressing no in surr because they think they can "carry". Seriously if the vote is more then 50% agreeing to surrender i'm fairly sure that bypassing the questionable judgement of 1-2 players pressing no is fine. Basicly change the surr requirements to at least 4:1 in early and 3:2 in normal surr.

There's a reason why the vote has always been 4:1 at 20 mins. Consider how unsatisfying a surrender feels, not just as the loser but also as the winner. Having players surrender all the time when the win condition is so simple (to blow up the nexus) is the mark of a shitty game. And I can imagine the rates of surrender at least doubling by changing the vote to 3:2. That's why Riot was so hesitant to implement early surrender.

Also, using your system, it's entirely possible for 3-man parties to manipulate the vote, which totally ruins the game for teammates and the opposition.

But for it to be unanimous everyone has to agree, so it's working pretty fine. It's not up to you to force their vote.
