There should be a dodge button

Dodging has actually become a strategic way for players to climb. People would much rather take -3 lp and a 5 minute wait instead of -20 lp and a loss. This has been apart of league for a very long time now, and I think it would be healthier for the game if there was a legitimate dodge button instead of exiting out of the client.

I also feel as if there shouldn't be as great of punishments for dodging. I feel that players should still take the -3 lp loss for dodging, but I don't think that the first time someone dodges they should be given a 5 minute wait. Maybe you could treat is somewhat similar to the ARAM reroll button? There could be 1/2 low-priority queue free, -3 lp dodges per day, and then any dodge after that would then require the player to exit the client.

This is just my idea on it, but maybe you guys could help improve this idea. I'd also love to see what high elo diamond players+ would think about it.
