How do I deal with tank yas?

I'm not sure what to do against this guy, I just played a game where he and a hecarim stomped everything basically alone.

I was bard and despite not being good at this game (I got crucible on the guy, which is dumb) I would like to know what I could of done against tank yas to help my team survive. Since he wind walled my stun whenever I tried to hit him with it out of my ultimate and he could still blow people up with IE and phantom. (he also had a frozen mallet if that helps you envision the pain)

I'll try getting a frozen heart earlier next time then, maybe that'll do... something.
