4000 Damage Irelia Conqueror

She's out of the world busted with Conqueror. I've seen several games where Irelia pumps out 4000 damage from the rune. It's basically doing twice as much as a normal rune contributes to the match. Riot should seriously consider nerfing this rune and looking at Irelia.
