New Warrior Enchant Idea

I'm sure you guys remember the warrior rework they had on the pbe long ago (well not that long ago) that was iceboxed. The one where your physical damage dealt additional true damage over time. Even if that had gone through, it would have been super boring and stale, compared to the other items.

The other jungle items have parallels because of their components. Runic Echos to Luden's Echo because of its passive, and formally Runeglaive to Lich Bane because of sheen. Cinderhulk to Sunfire Cape because of Bami's Cinder's passive Devourer is just unique as is.

So keeping this little theme going, how about we make Tiamat build into the new ad jungle item. It gives them efficient aoe waveclear, and they could add other interactions with monsters from it. The only problem I see though is you couldn't have the active because of Tracker's Knife's warding. My only solution would be to let you smite an area to place the ward, but it wouldn't consume your smite. What do you guys think, should the warrior enchant be a Tiamat item?
