When can we expect a new item that gives Armor and AP?

The options currently for an AP character to build both Armor and AP are limited to: Seeker's Armguard, Zeke's Harbinger, and Zhonya's Hourglass (which builds out of Seeker\s Armguard).

So, my question is: when can we expect new items that allow more versatility when wanting to build both Armor and AP? For example, there are some champions that don't really want the active from Zhonya's in certain situations, but don't have any other real options to build both Armor and AP since Zeke's Harbinger has such a measly amount of Armor and AP and the passive on it isn't very conducive to non-support oriented gameplay.

I would like to see a diversification of Armor/AP items that allow for a more diverse build path when playing an AP mage against an AD-heavy comp.
