How come doesnt have more skins?

also can we get a way to ping the enemy ult? it is a very important cool down don't you agree? but mostly seriously whats going on with those skins ?

I really want a star guardian skin (I am the original star guardian after all), a debonair skin, one of those football skins (maybe I can be the goalkeeper) or a heartbreaker skin. Creating a new skin line where the theme incorporates a lot of orange would also be nice. There aren't enough orange skins and I do look good in orange.
