Janna Needs To Be Reworked.

Janna is just like reworked kog maw was,he was so broken that every on-hit adc had to suffer playing with shitty items because if they buffed them kog would be broken.Just rework her already and give a chance to see play in ranked,the only reason we cant have major increases in healing/shielding power from items is because next stop for janna is 53% winrate.
