I was just wondering why Twisted Fate's Destiny so long? I mean 100-130 seconds is fine but 171 for the first level is outrageous

Its because the amount of plays you can make with it early game is insane. He has some of the best map presence early game because of it.

Typically ultimates that have a global impact have very high cooldowns early game to keep them balanced.

Really, if TF's ult cooldown went down to 140 or so, which is slightly above average for most, He would be insanely overpowered early game.

I agree they should move Gate to his E, at least then it wouldnt just be a passive. They should also make his passive a global crit buff, Blue card should reset the skills cooldown, Gold card should be an AoE stun, and Destiny should also Snare everyone on the map, yeah that should fix TF.
