Can we get a slight buff to Cass' ult?
It seems rather odd that Cass' ult, if an enemy turns around, slows them for 40% at all ranks. Can we get a scaling slow per rank? Like 40/50/60% slow or even 40/45/50%?

i mean she is kinda op already
I wouldn't say she is op but she is strong right now and I feel she is can do without a buff. The slow also feels really strong, stronger than it is, from my past experience.
