instead balance team opts to buff low interaction long range burst support pick potential vision ccing zoning champs??? 
He's only weak if you can't play him. He's like S++++ tier if you can play him to his fullest (or almost) fullest potential.

No. For a "late game" champion, he pretty much 100-0s someone the moment they misposition, because he can windwall their cc and just stick on them with his e.

the thing about "outplay" is you're supposed to have to work for it ...

For once I'm not going to go on a rant about Yasuo, but I'm genuinely confused... When is Yasuo weak? He has an oppressive laning phase (normally if you walk up for cs he just runs you down). His mid-game is strong in the sense of IE + Shiv / PD, so he has 100% crit and shields. His late-game damage is nuts and I'm sure we've all experienced his late-game potential with 100% crit, conquer true damage and armor pen from his ult. I just honestly don't really know when he's "weak". One thing that I personally will not understand is why he has armor pen with his ult (so you can't build armor against his early) and he normally brings conquerer so even if you build HP vs him he'll go through that too. I'm not saying he's a free win champion, but I just don't understand why he is strong all throughout the game.
He only sucks because people are focusing on other champs and only newborn hams are trying him. Conqueror is still in this and he's still broken.
Yasuo player calling for a Buff to Yasuo shows that they have no clue what 90% of all other champs have to deal with.

he needs no buff. Increasing his dash distance would ruin his kit and people like lux arent even a problem, he windwalls all of her abilities and all she has is r which is really easy to avoid.
Yasuo has possibly the highest DPS of any midlaner/toplaner, while also having the best mobility in the entire game aside from Riven. He has double crit chance, poke, a thick shield to defend against poke, an ability that hard counters 70% of the entire champion roster (any ranged thing ever), and multiple hard CC's (in his knockup and ult).
He also has a free 50% armor pen after using his ult.
What exactly needs a buff? His performance is proportional to your skill, more so than with ANY other champ. If you think he sucks, that says a lot.
