I mean, those are usually common on tanks, especially those for the jungle. I guess they could reduce his ratios.
I would be happy if they only looked at his Bodyslam hitbox.
So midlane mages like ahri/syndra/ori are allowed to have similar bases/cd's and superior ratios from a range but gragas isnt? You know how annoying is for us gragas players to manage our mana for cs'ing and keeping characters like ori at bay with power word attack spam followed by resonance+tlord if she makes contact?
I know most are playing gragas jungle but these complaints seems to revolve around a gragas mid resurgence.
If you wanna nerf gragas base give us back our season 2 ratios,

Best thing they could ever do to fix tank Gragas is just to make his E hitbox not be the most bullshit hitbox in the game. Why is it nearly 3 Gragas's wide at the end? His E hitbox might make sense if it was a max stack Cho'gath that was the one flubbering himself through walls and around the Rift, but not Gragas.
Tank Gragas is liked because his sheer reliability, and the fact that his E hitbox may as well be Malphite ult sized if comboed with Flash to be in the middle of the enemy team. If his E didn't pretty much automatically hit anything on the same half of the map as he was in, he wouldn't be such an irritating pick and would allow people to actually counterplay his dash.
Then he isnt a tank anymore.
It's really not that much healing.
Gragas could lose most of his damage and still be a viable pick because of the CC his kit has.

Riot needs to remove that whole idea of tanky champs having high base + % hp in general. It was/is a core problem on gragas, maokai, cho, poppy, at some point in the past or currently
he needs damage to clear the jg+ trade, hit his cd's or fix his e hitbox instead
If you think Gragas is bad, have you seen the new Cho'Gath E? It gives him an autoattack range increase, cone based flat damage, scaling ap, and SCALING %Health damage and a slow, and the cooldown of the ability at max ranks is 4 seconds. So Cho'Gath not only has potentially infinite scaling health and truedamage based on his health, but he now has a frontal cone aoe permaslow with MASSIVE damage attached.
