Aatrox needs a buff or rework...

agreed.riot is putting him in a bad position,and there're two extreme hands:let him restore all the time and lose your lane,or too low to aa a minion to restore,then get dive.It's not the problem of getting buffed or not,it's all about remake his w:i pref to make it a active skill to make him has a very high aa healing periodly,instead of making him has a "normal" healing. so it's kinda nerfing his ability of healing in lane,but buffing his ability of fighting. sry for bad English cuz it's not my first language :)
