Hes not op ,hes broken.They will rework him again.
Just leave him there, he has already taken up too many resources. Fixing him would involve another rework, since he's LCS pick-or-ban when solo queue balanced, and solo queue weak when he's LCS balanced.
And he's already had...3, 4 reworks? I lost count.
Other champions need attention, and he just soaks it up. Leave him, for now.
He scales too hard with mechanical ability in short. That's why he is still played in the LCS sometimes with an abysmal ranked win rate. He's getting a rework soonish, but for the time being expect him to maintain terrible win rate and stats.
Because he is hard to play and people suck with him. I used to play him when his Q wasn't skillshot and he was OP... He will be broken untill they fixed his itemisation - building tanky, dealing high damage, ranged = sounds fair, right?
really though with over 100 champions each champion should have a <1% playrate.
