ADC balance in general

I'm gonna be real here, after playing Kai'sa on an alt account for a couple days now, I've noticed something... Kai'sa is how ALL adc's should be. You need a couple items to be strong, not 1 bloody stormrazer or some other dumb item that snowballs them into Aurelion Sol lore levels of op-ness.
