3v3 bots are awful

I'm trying to level up a new account and I keep getting put into games with the most terrible bots on my side. They charge into towers to attack opposing minions without friendly minions there, charge into 3 v 1 fights, don't buy items, and sure as hell don't follow pings from the player. I'd love it if riot would unlock secondary accounts if you have an account over 30 already.
