I can't gift to anyone on my friend list :/ It keeps saying "you haven't been friends quite long enough" I've been friends with a couple of these folks for 1-2 years now. [zombie-brand-mindblown] wtf?

Probably has to do with whatever weird server issue they're having, since people have been having issues with their entire friends list disappearing due to it.

when did you try to gift someone? if it was in the past hour, riot blew up the servers so it may just be an error until riot fixes things
