A fair buff for Talon

Right now Talon, while not in a trash spot, is alright at best. I think he could use some small buffs. Heres what I propose:

Cutthroat:

Enemies affected by cutthroat's damage amp now take bonus damage from passive from ALL of Talon's abilities (Not just autos) for the duration.

I honestly think this could be enough to make him balanced. Makes his passive not nigh-useless, without increasing his aoe damage. Right now Rengar does his job basically better, so I think this would make him a little closer to Rengos burst, but with more aoe instead of rengos utility.
