I am acknowledging that in my first sentence to him. I am questioning why, if he does not want Ao Shin released, he would go into a thread that does want Ao Shin and post his opinion when he knows there is a majority that will attack him for it, which he anticipates in his own post, instead of just downvoting the thread and avoiding any backlash.

I mean, I like the new Fiora, some of her new models and walking animation being the exceptions, but I don't go into threads crying out for her to be changed and post my very unwelcome opinion.

Why not exactly? I would think being able to play as a full blooded dragon would be exciting, especially when a lot of people complain we have to many humans.

I'm also a sucker for Ionian champs, but that's just me.

He was a champion teased by riot with a picture basically showing what his abilities would do (it was a black and white picture)

He got delayed because they couldn't fix a technical problem that prevented him from being made at the time.

This was around a year ago..?

Semi decent looking champion that isn't part of the 'HOOMANOID' revolution that has been infecting league for the past year or so, also teased to have a very mechanically different style of play that could pave the way for much more complex champs and styles.

Ao Shin = Eastern Dragon, like the ones pictured in China, Vietnam, Korea, Japan, etc. Shyvana = Wyvern, a dragon-like creature (or full dragon, depending on source) from the Nordic countries and mountainous Chinese provinces. Neutral Dragon in Jungle = European Dragon, like the ones pictured in most of the rest of Europe.

Greek/Turkish Dragons, Mesoamerican Dragons, Indian Dragons, and Pacific Northwest Dragons depictions are not seen in League.

Greek/Turkish, Indian, and Eastern Dragons lack wings entirely. Wyverns and Pacific Northwest Dragons' wings also contain their hands, like a bat or pterosaur. European and Mesoamerican Dragons are depicted as having wings as a separate set of limbs.

A wyvern is a dragon without fore arms, only wings (that act like fore arms and wings at the same time) and back legs. Shyvana's ult is a wyvern.

You think that. Imagine if I could take Corki flying (untargeted) above the clouds and continue to use him as an ADC. An flying, untargeted ADC. That's the part I say is unbalanced. He pilots a helicopter. Are all helicopters limited to 6 inches off the ground?
