Hesitating between Viktor and TF

Both have their nuances. I would play both and pick the one you like more

Viktor has great lane dominance and is a great team fighter. TF is a good roamer, but he isn't necessarily going to win lane and he's meh in team fights. I'd prefer Viktor because he's very strong with his upgrades.

Viktor is better imo. He bursts better and has amazing laning.

I like TF more but Viktor is better.

I played both a lot on my old account before it was gone.

Viktor will do more burst damage and have greater zone control. TF will have more safety and a point-and-click stun, not to mention his signature semi-global teleport. However, both of these guys will get blown up much easier than playing someone like Fizz or Garen, so lots of positioning is important for both of them.

You're going to do a lot of poking instead of diving in (like Talon or Kat, etc.) with both of these champions so there's that.

They are also both voiced by the same voice actor!
