Seriously, ConQ is so broken right now.

You get 15% of the dmg you dealt, healed, and it holds up to EIGHT SECONDS.

Like who thought that would be a good idea? Shouldn't be this rune ONLY for bruiser?

Currently, at this state everyone can take it, just imagine Cassio with her Perma E or Jinx AS or Teemo R. (This will heal them permanently.)

I don't have to go more through this because you see it is clearly too strong.

Make it only Melee or it should only hold 1 or 2 seconds, like the last ConQ.

This rune isn't op on bruisers but it's op on freaking mages and adc

Yeah it will 100% be gutted on ranged champs. It sounds good on paper for bruisers but it's actually terrible on them lmao
