As in 50% bonus to the armor pen. you already have.

its not 50% bonus to the armor pen.... the armor pen from his ult only affects Bonus armor, runes masteries, items etc

For the next 15 seconds, Yasuo ignores 50% of his targets' bonus armor.
Its technically "Yasuo ignores 50% of his targets' BONUS armor." so if you are base 30 armour and they have 100 bonus you would hit them at 80 armour rather than at 130 armour

It literaly says he ignores 50% of bonus armor... so is not truly 50% amor pen but is still around the numbers of 45%
