Leavebuster vs Players that DC'd during the game

A friend of mine has this internet problem whereby he disconnects a few times suddenly halfway through the game, ALTHOUGH his ping is perfectly fine, and when the game nearly ends, he disconnected once more. By the time he reached the end-game screen, he received 5 leavebuster matches due to disconnecting in many games. This has happened to him many times for the past 3 years.

I understand that to overcome this problem of his is to get better internet, but not everyone can acquire access to a better internet. Is there any other way to deal with this problem? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
