Is Feast the least useful between Double-Edged Sword & Exposed Weakness?

NOTE: This is only my opinion, I might be wrong.

Among the 3 masteries (Double-Edged Sword, Feast, Exposed Weakness), I realised that Feast seems a bit behind. The fact that Double-Edged Sword and Exposed Weakness are more commonly used (supposedly) is because it is still effective until late game, meanwhile Feast gives very little benefit to the ones using it.

So I was wondering if Feast can be buffed as well to equalize the choices between the 3 masteries. Thank you.

Riot nerfed, and nerfed, and nerfed feast. It's much less worth it compared to other masteries.

Feast is the best of the 3 for laning Doing well in lane helps you scale better as the game goes on

I take feast in losing lanes, double edged sword if i'm planning on going agressive.

I never take exposed weakness because i don't play tank/support characters

Exposed weakness on supports and tanks, Feast for laning sustain, and double edged sword for aggresssive laning. Pretty much none of these except expose weakness will be extremely helpful in late game because a 3% boost for 1 person is very meh. It helps, but it is meh. Every 100 damage is 3 damage more. 1000 damage is 30 damage more..... at least with expose weakness it is 3% for 4 people so that can be 120 damage if you had 4 people who could do 1000 damage normally. People take Feast because its best early game for sustain. 120 health gain with a champion who starts out with only like 600 or so is a very good chunk of their HP back per wave.

Against a bully lane, expose weakness does nothing for you and double edged sword can actually be detrimental, feast is the only remaining option.
