Vladimir is useless

I just want to thank you riot for destroying one of the few well balanced and stylish champs out there. All vlad was good about - gone. This comes from old player with 2000 games as vlad(he became my first main and my favorite champ in first sight). New "E" is totally useless since it doesn't follow each target in his range but just spreads around and hits the first target in collision(it is just not nearly useful to old "E"). Also I feel that its range is nerfed. Not only this but in order to do any damage you need to channel your "E", witch means that old combo e-q-w is gone. My dmg dealing as vlad is nerfed at least 33-% overall, I always look at dmg deal to champions after game. Vlad is dead, people who doesn't know him think that he is buffed now... hilarious.. vlad has never been weaker... Strong ap vlad is not an option now, you need to build nearly full tank.. and yet no being as nearly as useful as before. Bring old vlad.
