Add lane calling or something to blind pick

something other than having to dig through chat to see who goes where, people getting confused on who called what first and so on. Also maybe make it they can only call when everyones loaded in champ select. I just want something to stop people from getting confused on whats called and what not and ending up with 2 junglers. If it's a bad idea, tell me why please.
