C'mon guys, stop being mean to the level 9 guy who doesn't know about death recap yet.
Basically death recap has been broken pretty much since it's release. It is semi accurate most of the time but it constantly breaks and gives incorrect info.
That's a minion with summoners, don't mess with them, they are controlled by a summoner, your lucky he didn't flash smite u.

Since friendly minions can attack our own champions and base winning the game for the enemy team i wouldn't be surprised with them smiting champions too at this point.

In all seriousness, Death Recap is busted. Chances are you really didn't take any true damage, but it listed there for a quick Laugh.
It was a bug, but now its fixed. but most of these comments are just sarcasm.
Yep , that's how minions actually kill people when they are at 50 HP.
