her laning phase.. -4 ad from masteries & -10 cooldown reduction cause -5 masteries and -5 boots of lucidity

Everybody knew she was due to have some nerfs, but since there was a major uproar about her reworked passive, Riot decided to nerf her early game dueling via stats.
Nothing of value was lost
y Riven got nerfed pretty hard in this preseason she has like one of the highest preformance dropps of all champions atm! winrate also went down like 10%
other assassins already got buffed and some will get buffed soon (Kha and Zed for example) and they are thinking about adding some assassin-playstyla items but i havent heard of any Riven buffs so far :/
Maybe Riot wants Riven to go pure assassin.
Or crit/attack speed Riven.
