Bards Ult: Can Bard Ult Himself?

No one has mentioned this to my knowledge, including Riot. I'm really interested in being able to Ult yourself, to say, live through or Ult. There are others too, like ult, , , , and if you get stuck with , just ult the both of you. After a bit you can then actually run instead of being trapped.

I also think that playing could get very interesting in the jungle. If you have portals set up on every wall, people can come in anywhere, and disappear anywhere, almost making chasing a champion even more fun and diverse. You could stall running through these while your team closes in, but do they have a CD like 's tunnels, so a champion can't run through them again within a set time. And do they eventually go away? Since they probably do, how long do they last?

Involving his portals again, if someone is coming one direction, can someone go the opposite direction at the same time? And are you immune to moves when you enter? Say, if ulted you, and you passed through at the right moment, would it still hurt you?
