How to carry with vayne?

Vayne is supposed to be the super late game carry. She is super strong in late game. But recently, I do not see this special potential. Just too many burst damage for her. And all other ads seem basically deal the same damage. (Since all ad just heavily require items and given the same item or money , prob same damage deal) She is supposed to be strong in teamfight with all the junking but actually she is not able to dodge nicely and still gonna take damage. She needs teammate to protect her, she cannot carry the game solely. While her ult is actually better in 1 vs 1 currently. So.....how to carry and play with vayne actually :D?

Shes strong in areas other ADCs are weak at (such as dueling bruisers), and weak in areas other ADCs are strong at (no poke, short ranged).

Shes not good in teamfights at all, she has no AOE, and no spells, all she has are auto attacks. Shes the best ADC if you want to 1v1 an Udyr for example, but shes extremely vulnerable to burst damage and AOE since shes short ranged and you can die to random stuff even if nobody focuses you.

She takes a lot of skill to play, and is not friendly if youre new. I would suggest improving your mechanics first with other ADCs before trying to play Vayne.

TBH, she probably isn't the best adc to play atm.

Vayne generally requires her team to be able to lock down the enemy team, and stop them from diving her for a good amount of time so she can get her damage off. And unfortunately, with the mage update and what not, she doesn't really get a chance to do anything due to all the aoe

Vayne's relatively short range and complete lack of any ability to affect an opponent outside of that range makes her heavily reliant on allies protecting and peeling for her. Reach late-game with a determined Alistar/Thresh by your side and nothing can stop you.
