Lulu 's W & E range is shorter than default.

According to the description, lulu's basic attack range is 550 and her Whimsy (W) and Help, Pix!(E) have the same range as 650. ( http://gameinfo.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/game-info/champions/lulu/ ) However, in game, the range difference between her basic attack range and both skills have relatively small difference. I doubt the difference between has 100 units. So please check if her skills have a relatively shorter range than she should have. At last, janna's skill also have a bug. I have one more pic that show jinx with 650 range, ( lv 3 Q). I try to stand the same place as the first lulu pic, it shows that lulu's skills are shorter than 650.
