Solo q v Dynamic Q Solution

Solo Q can coexist with Dynamic Q. You can have dynamic Q in the state of rank 5s with a recruit system. With a minimum of 3 man premade you can recruit 1 or 2 players to be on your rank 5 team. Players that want to play on a team with synergy can use the recruit feature and if you dont have 5 players for rank 5s you can have a minimum of 3 players and use the recruit system. This will solve the problem of Solo Q players playing against 4 man premades. You can have 2 seaparate MMR. Climbing as a Solo Q vs a 3-5 man premade is more rewarding and this will distinguish that.

Role Selection and Long Queue Time It would be convenient to let players choose 3 roles: Primary, secondary and worst role. Players have a chance of getting 5 roles and lower the chance of getting their worst role. This will lower queue times especially in higher elo diamond and above and solve 'autofill'.
