I just started ranked S5 and I'm really pissed off and worried about my placement

Please tell me that ranked games and how your elo works is based off the grade system or how well you do. Because after these last 3 games I'm worried I'll have to start at wood league. I main support and have always mained support. I take long breaks but when I do play I play to win, and I tend to do fairly well and get gold 4ish. But if you just look at the stats here you can clearly see in all of them it was VERY one sided and in the 2 I lose you can clearly see the blame rested on a few key members of my team. I'm not great by anyways but I like to consider myself a decent support. And so I ask you wtf do I do.
