Ok IM Finding a Reason to Hate LOL

SO Ive been trying to get katarina mastery 7 not the hardest thing right. Well all I needed is 1 S so I took a week break.

Yesterday and today I went to get that s and the scores I get yet I dont get s but A+ I mean is it bugged or am I missing something?

Please help Im starting to trigger for this reason.
