Rank should be skilled based not win/loss

Tired of losing games and my rank suffers for it, even though I more then pulled my own weight. I thought that was the whole point of the grading scale was to let you know how well you played your champ. So if such is the case why is it ranked is still win/loss based and not skill. I lose games and it doesn't matter how well I do, or how much I help out my team. If they lose my rank takes a major hit to it. The ranking system needs to be rid of this whole win/loss bit. Skill is how we should be ranked.

Tried to even... I can't... I have the flu... so I'm just gonna leave your ranked match history here... and you can read through it and take note of your low wards as support, your low cs as a carry, and the AFK games.... What WEIGHT are you pulling?

No, it shouldn't be "skill" based because the only skill that matters is being able to kill the enemy nexus.

You can't measure "skill", you can measure KDA, CS, objectives taken, and wards placed.

That Thresh that threw the perfect lantern to save the most fed player on the team, burned all their actives and got them both away? The computer sees that as a no skill play. The team that got fed, could have ended the game but decided to pick off kills at the enemy fountain? A computer sees that as "skill" when it's really bad manners.

Win loss works great for higher elo's where team play is a thing.

But in lowest elo's where you can assume at least two of your team don't know basics it's a poor system.

Low elo's its more about one person rolling the enemy team. If you are component you may do well but get a lane where you can't steamroll your oppont. But it doesn't matter if you played well only for another lane to be terrible and feed crazy.

Low elo's need a different system. If you do well personally and prove you have good skill you should be able to graduate to higher elo's where everyone has skill and it becomes all about teamwork. Because low elos isn't about that.

We do need W/L.

BUT individual skill cant just be determined by W/L. We also need the Grading. And a system to determine how smart you play.

This way it takes less luck to rank up.

So at least just W/L, plus Champ score, plus cs, tower assist, drags taken, Jungle camp efficiency, or warding habits, etc. AFKs or pior connection detected can also be factored.

As it is, it only seems to care of W/L. Do good, get punished harder. Go 8/2, ward a lot, assisnt or take out towers, lose lots of LP. Seems quite weird now. Has lots to improve.

Ranked has become my Normals. Too many non good players. While normals has more skilled players it seems XD
