This Banning for not banning is getting obnoxious

Every time I get put down on the bottom, I get to select my champ. And then I forget that I have to ban. Then i only get 30 secs which is hardly enough to even think about picking someone then banning them. Then I spend so much time trying to pick someone and hit the ban. To much is going on in those 30 secs. A 30 min ban is horrible. The idea for letting others pick bans is fine. But not at the cost of barely giving them enough time to actually select one. You guys need to adjust this champ ban selection time so people can actually think about what they want to ban. Not make it a rapid fire click and click.
