Garen vs Wolverine

So today I decided to play an ARAM and I got Garen as a champion. Seems like an alright deal. Little did I know that after getting spirit visage for his first item that he also gets Wolverines healing factor along with it.

Seriously every time his passive kicked in(which was 3 seconds for some reason) I was healing for 78 health per second! This was Warmogs/Mundo's level of silliness. I couldn't be killed at all!

Im not sure if this is a oversight because of the new health regen system or a bug but I think it may need to be looked at.
