Grievous Wounds no icon debuff?

I was just playing soraka in one of my games and the enemy ADC bought executioners, but I noticed every time he did damage with autos or whatever it would apply grievous wounds but there would be no status icon on the champion that got hit that this debuff had been applied to or a duration of when it was over... so I had to keep counting every 3 secs when to heal.

Just asking is there a status for grievous wounds and if so does anything else that applies it visibly show that this debuff has been applied? Just curious, i'm not complaining but this would be helpful for them soraka mains during laning phase =d
