Supports: Do they get to have S Rank?

Yeah, just did with my last game earlier

having a LOT of kill participation is a big factor. I think warding often too.

Because supports aren't supposed to get kills, it's pretty much like any other role, but instead of having lots of kills for S rank, you get lots of assists. If you're part of maybe... (This is a guess, not sure how much exactly) 90% of kill participation, maybe you're qualified for a S rank?

Thanks for the info. I'm just confuse since Riot's exp and ip rewards, whenever I played support, was too low. Was wondering if it has the same results on rank performance.

Why is Starcall maxed out first instead of Astral Infusion? Isn't Astral Infusion more of support skill than Starcall?

Soraka's Q is now the place where her self-heals come from. In terms of long term survivability, she can still funnel plenty of healing to her allies, but healing herself becomes easier whlie also maximizing damage done during a teamfight or in terms of poke.

Star Call is better in lane when not behind as long as you play it correctly. It is riskier but has a better best case than W max.

In particular there is little point in practicing passive play on Soraka in normals as a default, since if you can play for lane pressure you can easily a passive lane.

Survive, play soraka, build mejais, ult whenever major team battles happen, TONS OF ASSISTS. S+

Most of my S ranks are from support. 14 Janna S+'s.

I'm currently working on getting an S with every support. So far I have Sona, Nami, and Soraka. Not sure who to aim for next :o

Janna, before she gets gutted again. If you don't do it before the nerf, then it will be extra hard until the expectations of the mastery system adjust themselves for her new power level.

i carred a game as support lulu and got S+ for it, if you are noticing you are losing a game badly but all of a suddenly people are getting kills and you support has a ton of assist(like 20+), here is a hint, it wasn't because everyone suddenly got gud.

Yes, but you need a low amount of deaths and participation in the majority of kills. Sacrificial supports don't really get S rankings XD

Random KS helps, which should not be the case when rating supports, but the only S+ games I've ever had as a support main where with Sona while getting an awkward amount of kills for no reason.

Yes, I get every rank game and got S or S+ rank (when win the game). to get it need to have less death more assist or kill. Even the death is over then 5 or more, with kill and assist you still get it.

I play as support Nami with summoner 14 summoner 3 without use any single spell on summoner 4 , I still could got S rank.
