Basically her Q got changed to from:

Neurotoxin [ Human Q ]

Deals magic damage equal to 40/75/110/145/180 plus 8% (+[3% Ability Power]%) of the target's current health. Maximum bonus against monsters: 75/100/125/150/175.

To:

Neurotoxin [ Human Q ]

NEW EFFECT: Now deals 20/30/40/50/60 [+0.15 AP] magic damage-per-second for 3 seconds. Duration is doubled against monsters Cooldown decreased from 6 seconds to 1

First off I would like to know if the DoT stacks, or if the DoT ticks apply spell effects, Rylia's or Lyiandry's specifically, so if anyone on PBE could tell me that would be great. Anyways, I think that this is an attempt to take away some of her burst and trade it for a better clear and utility, correct me if I'm wrong. Having the short CD means that she can get the dot on multiple people in a team fight, or rapidly proc Rylai's, Liandry's, Luden's, Ruinglaive, ect. The over all damage is a pretty huge nerf on champ damage though; if my math is right. Her new (live) Q does more unless they have 1000-1500 or less health at 200-500 AP but at 1500+ health the damage difference gets really big really fast. Lets say you have 400 AP and you use the old (live) Q on a champ with 3000 health; you would hit for 600. With the new (PBE) Q you at 400 AP you will always hit for 360 total damage. That's 140 damage. At 500 AP and 3000 HP it's a 465 damage difference. So, while it is a nerf to her champion damage it does help Jng and lets her put points in Q while getting both Jng and combat benefits(from her human and spider skills respectively.) I really think that it's an attempt to shift her from being bursty to being more utility, not really a flat out nerf, what do you guys think?

Damage Comparison with 200/300/400/500 AP. Please correct me if my math is wrong.

Old (live) Q on 1000 HP: 180 + ((8+6/9/12/15)%)*1000 = 180 + (14%/17%/20%/23%)*1000 = 180 + 140/170/200/230 = 320/350/380/410

Old (live) Q on 2000 HP: 180 + ((8+6/9/12/15)%)*2000 = 180 + (14%/17%/20%/23%)*2000 = 180 + 280/340/400/460 = 460/520/580/640

Old (live) Q on 3000 HP: 180 + ((8+6/9/12/15)%)*3000 = 180 + (14%/17%/20%/23%)*3000 = 180 + 420/510/600/690 = 600/690/780/870

Old (live) Q on 4000 HP: 180 + ((8+6/9/12/15)%)*4000 = 180 + (14%/17%/20%/23%)*4000 = 180 + 560/680/800/920 = 740/860/980/1100

New (PBE) Q: 60 + (.15)*200/300/400/500 = 60 + 30/45/60/75 = 90/105/120/135 per sec. over 3 sec. = 270/315/360/405 damage total.

It's mana cost is so punishing. You can't even utilize it as a bully tool like you would expect. It isn't even good for getting spiderlings since spamming it costs so much. I think it is a good idea but having a dot with a 3 second cd and a low mana cost, even if the dot is weak, would be a fine change. she is more of a dps champion atm anyway since her spider form's damage is mostly in her spiderlings and her passive.

That seemed all great to me until I saw the 1 second cooldown. waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat I hope it isn't stackable on champions.
