Let's Give Them Some Credit

It does appear that Riot is making changes (buffs) to the updated champs (mainly Garen and Skarner), adding a more tank items and just overall boosting the survivalist of several champions through stat buffs. They are decreasing the Lee Sin buff too; hopefully they will scrape it. Riot said they wanted to try something crazy and see how it went, and so far that's what they're doing. This along with the Riot Pls blog show they are actually trying to be more transparent. Even if we as a community don't like what they are telling us or what they are doing, at least they are telling us, and at least they are doing it on the PBE (so far).
