A SERIOUS Vote About ALL CHAT and Smart Pings (condensed and clearer version)

I rambled about my last post about this and decided to really clear things up as much as I can.

I vote to remove ALL CHAT. I've seen a couple of videos, played a large amount of games where in lower elo, and even mid to high elo there is so much toxicity, hate, and plain trolling and ignorance in the All Chat in games. Disco Heat provides a great example of how people use all chat to incite hate and rage. By removing ALL CHAT you will take away all the insults made by people, and the TIME devoted to typing all those insults out, and reallocate that time to thinking about what to do next, and farming last hitting etc to get back into the game.

You may make arguments about how it severely disrupts higher elo communications. This can easily be fixed by Smart Pings. A system you have already made, just need to PERFECT. What seperates Higher Elo from Lower Elo is understanding and knowledge about the game. In higher Elo there is nothing that needs to be said that can't be conveyed through smart pings. And if someone makes a mistake they are left to think about their mistake without feeling bad about it, or if someone adds that extra insult to injury. NO TILTS from typed insults. You are already scoring people on their champions, you already have Smart Pings...the only thing left now is to remove CHAT from the game. This will lead people down a road where there will be fewer options to make about an incident that happened. Instead of talking about it in game where TIME IS EVERYTHING AND MUST BE USED EFFICIENTLY VS Raging at someones mistake and WASTING TIME. A single rage may last the whole game, that time spent typing out idiotic insults to defend or attack WILL BE USED to farm and get back into the game. SPENDING TIME typing out THIS GAME IS HOPELESS, MAKES players view their teammates actions and decide whether a FF is fair or not.

I vote to remove ALL CHAT, i've had no problems with it, but the community seems to thrive on insulting each other and making this game toxic, by removing ALL CHAT you remove the toxicity. And in turn you make the players take on more knowledge about the game to stay above it all.

PLEASE really either think about this fairly, or try it out on PBE or something...but PUT A TEAM BEHIND THIS CONCEPT and work out the kinks. I believe it will be HIGHLY beneficial.
