Jungle is unfun and frustrating to play
Both junglers are 2 levels behind laners desperately trying to catch up rest of the team. Even support has level advantage. It feels more like 4v4 with cannon minions farming jungle.

That's the thing. Both junglers are behind in levels. The thing is, when they gank a lane, it's now a 2v1/3v2, and one side has an advantage. They get the lanes fed. They aren't trying to catch up. And I rarely notice a 2 level difference, it's a level for the majority of the game.
JG is unfun? Not for me at all. I used to absolutely dislike JG until I realized how fun it is. You have no pressure on you honestly, nobody to lane against to be honest. Well.. unless you vs Shaco, then he is just annoying. Well he is a Joker after all, can't expect much. Really though, JG is so fun if you play it more and more often and learn different champions. Most champions in the JG have much different abilities that I find more fun. Rengar for example, I love that champion with a passion.
