Most of people didn´t reform. Most of them we´re quiet under the threat of not getting rewards. Now when they got them, they returned to their old behaviour. I played some games and god damn, chat is 500% more toxic than it was one month ago. This system doesn´t work as it should honestly.
honestly, im one of them, stayed quiet for a few months just to collect my sivir skin and then went back to being a complete ass. riot definitely needs a new feature that will be more of a punishment to miss out on. missing one skin (not to mention it's only for gold+ so silver and bronze people arent missing anything and can be as toxic as they want) is not much of a punishment and many people would choose the option to be toxic over the skin
There's plenty of evidence that the system clearly does NOT function properly. I've reported upwards of hundreds of toxic/feeding/trolling/AFKing players and have yet to be notified that they're punished. (Don't bother telling me I don't know what "toxic/feeding/trolling/AFKing" is, because I know damn well what is considered toxic/griefing.)
Lyte keeps trying to push this system on us when it CLEARLY DOES NOT WORK. We need the Tribunal back if we're gonna get anywhere, because this system is a JOKE. You have to basically threaten hunt someone to the ends of the earth before the "automated system" (AKA: a Commodore 64 that rolls dice and picks whoever got unlucky) actually gets triggered.
