I play a lot of adc’s can someone explain to me how to counterplay fed assassins when you can be doing well in lane then an assassin with 3 kills can one shot me. Is it to much to ask for

You already have . If you want an item like Zhonyas you better give up GA as an AD item.
I mean, if you are really doing well, you can just invest into a zhonya anyway, you don't NEED six slots worth of damage items.
It won’t happen. Riot wants the game to be fast, so they just overtune the Bell our of burst damage.
Basically. Until riot reduces the INSANE amount of pen and true damage in the game, we are stuck.
They used to have supports who helped em in those types of binds.
