Anyone else have trouble seeing Dragon Master Swain's E?

Just posting to see if anyone else is having a problem seeing it.

The outline on the original skin has more contrast against summoner's rift than dragon master swain's E, since it is red with a black outline vs orange with a white-ish outline. I think it might just need a darker hue outline to give it more pop, since the skill on the dragon master swain is kinda washed out/more transparent than his default and other skins.

I can only imagine the nightmare for colorblind players.
