Matchmaking

So, I'm kind of a team player in soloQ.
I know that other moba games have a negative/low priority queue that groups like-minded individuals. Can we get the opposite? Like, can honorable people get grouped with other honorable people?

I'm tired of even being in the same match as toxic people, they lose more games, give up easier, and that means they are losing me more games.
